NA LUO, Barrister and Solicitor, Public Notary
Na Luo is the co-founder and principal lawyer of L&L Law. Ms. Luo specializes in the areas of corporate & business law and wills & estate planning.
Ms. Luo has extensive experience practicing law and a solid background in legal education.
Prior to coming to Canada to study and work, Ms. Luo practiced as a lawyer in China for 5 years. She graduated from Wuhan University Law School with a Master’s degree in Law and from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Ms. Luo also received her J.D. and LL.M. equivalencies from the U.S. law school by taking a distance learning program while working in China.
Upon her arrival in Canada, Ms. Luo obtained her second LL.M. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and passed the Bar Exam to become a licensed lawyer in Ontario.
Ms. Luo is honored to use her professional knowledge and accumulated work experience to live up to every client’s trust and provide you with professional and efficient legal services.
SHU LONG, Barrister and Solicitor, Public Notary
Shu Long is the co-founder and principal lawyer of L&L Law. Ms. Long specializes in the areas of real estate law including commercial & residential property transactions, refinancing, private mortgage borrowing & lending, land development.
Ms. Long has 7 years of experience in real estate law, having worked for several Toronto-based law firms on a variety of high-value commercial real estate transactions and complex land development projects.
Ms. Long is a licensed lawyer both in Ontario and in China. She obtained two Master’s degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Southwest University of Political Science & Law in China.

XIAONAN CAO, Barrister and Solicitor, Public Notary
Xiaonan Cao is the principal lawyer of L&L Law. Ms. Cao specializes in the area of real estate law and has experience in Employment Disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment.
As a seasoned lawyer with two master’s degrees of laws in Canada, Ms. Cao offers practical solutions, clear communication, and a personalized approach to every client.
